All recording or sharing (audio, audio/visual, electronic, digital or written) of the FDR/mediation, consultation, intake session or any other communication with Resolution Partners or its staff or consultants, written or verbal is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to audio, audio/visual, electronic, digital, written or verbal communications.

No recording devices will be present in any session, include intake sessions, consultations and mediations whether in person, by video conference or telephone.
It is an offence to publish recordings which are obtained without consent.
Anything said, or any notes from any other session or communication (including mediation intake session, consultations, phone calls or emails conducted by Resolution Partners or its staff) will not be admissible, subpoenaed, recorded, forwarded or in any other way requested, recorded or used in any other forum.
Privacy Policy - Mediation
Section 10J of the Family Law Amendment (Shared Parental Responsibility) Act 2006 provides that evidence of anything said, or admission made, in FDR/mediation is not admissible: In any court (whether exercising federal jurisdiction or not); or in any proceedings before a person authorised to hear evidence (whether the person is authorised by a law of the Commonwealth, a State or a Territory, or by the consent of the parties);
The Mediator shall not voluntarily disclose to any other person or persons, details of anything disclosed during the FDR/mediation sessions except where:

The person who made the communication is over 18 and gives consent; Mediators are compelled by law to disclose;

Illegal or exceptional circumstances exist;

The Mediator reasonably believes that the disclosure is necessary for the purpose of:

Protecting a child from the risk of physical or psychological harm;

Preventing or lessening a serious and imminent threat to the life or health of a person;

Reporting the commission, or preventing the likely commission, of an offence involving violence or a threat of violence to a person;
-
Preventing or lessening a serious and imminent threat to the property of a person;
-
Reporting the commission, or preventing the likely commission, of an offence involving intentional damage to the property of a person or a threat of damage to property;
-
Assisting an independent children’s lawyer to properly represent a child’s interests.
